• 2A : Real trumpets give a different note for each pattern of buttons. How many notes is that? Can you do that here?
• 2C : How about a stand-alone soldered Simon Says game? It can be done!

DIY project context ...

• prototype shield - for soldering permanent circuits
• arduino & battery pack in altoid tin
• or you could 3D print a case
• or use a wood box
